Contract Cancellation Option Agreement Contract

- As of July 1, 2006, used cars and trucks are subject to a two day contract cancellation when certain circumstances arise.

- Dealers are required to offer the customer a "contract cancellation option" as part of the process of the sale.

- If the customer declines the purchase of this option, there is no coloing off period. If the customer chooses to buy the option, they will pay the fee on the conditional sales contract.

- This fee will allow them the right to return the vehicle within the prescribed time limits. 100 per pack.
