Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Processing time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery address. Most orders ship by USPS (First-Class Mail, Ground Advantage or Priority Mail). Floor mats can also ship by UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. Some bulky items, such as car bows, swooper wheel bases, Heavy-Brite dispatch numbers, key boards and heavy-duty deal jackets, ship at a flat rate set by weight that doesn't vary by address. You'll see every available shipping option and its price before you pay.

Free shipping on orders $200+*
One-time orders with a subtotal (before shipping and taxes) of $200 or more ship free on any shipping option priced at $85 or less. If you choose an option priced over $85, you pay its full listed price. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed.

*One-time US orders only. Excludes Auto-Restock subscription orders and any shipping rate over $85, which can apply to some heavy or expedited orders.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose and the carrier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items or isn't what you ordered, email us at sales@dealerdepotusa.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
