The Fillable Flag Base is an 18" x 18" x 5-1/4" weighted holder for swooper and feather flags. Made from heavy-duty plastic, it fills with water (approx. 15 lbs) or sand (approx. 30 lbs) for adjustable stability. Ideal for car dealerships, retail stores, and outdoor events.
