How do I place an order?
Order online at dealerdepotusa.com. You don't need an account: guests can check out without one, or you can sign in if you have an account. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you see every available shipping option and its price before you pay.
What is Dealer Depot USA?
Dealer Depot USA is a US supplier of car-dealership supplies: FTC-compliant buyers guides, deal jackets, key tags, stock stickers, swooper flags, lot marketing and dealer forms. We're based in Huntington Beach, California, and we're not affiliated with any car dealership or used-car lot.
Can I place a large or custom order?
Yes. For larger or custom orders, email sales@dealerdepotusa.com for a quote.
Shipping
Does Dealer Depot USA offer free shipping?
Free shipping on most orders of $200+. Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more (after discounts, before shipping and taxes) ship free within the US on any shipping option priced at $85 or less. If you choose an option priced over $85, you pay its full listed price. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed, and it includes Auto-Restock orders on the first order and every renewal.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. We email a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier, not promised delivery dates.
Which carriers and shipping options do you use?
Most orders ship by USPS (First-Class Mail, Ground Advantage or Priority Mail). Floor mats can also ship by UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and delivery address, and some bulky items ship at a flat rate set by weight.
Do you ship internationally or offer local pickup?
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We don't ship internationally, and we don't offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
Returns
How do I start a return?
Email sales@dealerdepotusa.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Then mail the items to Dealer Depot USA, 9067 Adams Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92646. Please don't send your return to the manufacturer.
What is the return window and what condition must items be in?
You can start a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We need your order number or other proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping, and how do refunds work?
You're responsible for the cost of shipping your return. If an item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover return shipping. Original shipping costs aren't refundable. For returns worth more than $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, because we can't guarantee we'll receive your return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it arrived and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Items that aren't in their original condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons that aren't our fault, may get only a partial refund.
What if my order arrives damaged, missing items or wrong?
Email sales@dealerdepotusa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. We replace items only if they're defective or damaged. Email sales@dealerdepotusa.com to arrange a replacement.

What payment methods does Dealer Depot USA accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Auto-Restock
What is Auto-Restock?
Auto-Restock is our subscribe-and-save option on select products, including buyers guides, deal jackets, File Right folders and temporary tags. You save 10%, and your order repeats automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days, or every 30 or 45 days for temporary tags. You can manage your Auto-Restock subscription from your account.
Do quantity breaks apply to Auto-Restock orders?
Quantity breaks apply to one-time orders. Auto-Restock orders save 10% on select products.
Volume pricing
Does Dealer Depot USA offer volume pricing?
Yes. Many items have volume pricing that is applied automatically at checkout as quantity increases. These are quantity breaks on one-time orders, and quantity means the number of that item (boxes or packs) in your cart. Example: Colored Key Tags (500): $62.99 each, $59.89 each at 4+, $50.39 each at 100+. Not every item has quantity breaks, so check the product page.
How do I get a quote for a larger order?

Custom and printed products
Can I get forms crash imprinted with my dealership name?
Many forms are listed as available crash imprinted in red, blue, black, or green ink on quantities of 500 and up. Quantities and ink options vary by product, so check the product page. Email sales@dealerdepotusa.com for a quote.
Can I get custom printed temporary tags?
Some temporary tags are listed with full color printing available and no setup charge on custom orders. Email sales@dealerdepotusa.com for a quote.
Do you sell blank stock for printing my own forms or stickers?
Some items ship blank for you to print yourself, such as blank addendum stickers and blank car plates. Check the product page for details, or email sales@dealerdepotusa.com if you need something custom.

Do you sell CAATS Dealer Advantage seat covers?
Yes. Dealer Depot USA sells CAATS Dealer Advantage Seat Covers, disposable 3-layer covers that the listing says are built from the same material used in OEM protective seat covers. Premium (0.7 mil, 250 per roll) is $88.99 per roll and Standard (0.5 mil, 500 per roll) is $106.99 per roll. We also sell the 5-in-1 CAATS EconoPAK interior protection kit for $62.99, packed 50 kits per poly bag. CAATS is the brand name used on the listings. Quantity breaks apply to one-time orders. Do you sell night drop boxes for after-hours key drop-off?
Yes. Dealer Depot USA sells two steel night drop boxes for after-hours key and payment drop-off. The Self-Contained Night Drop Box ($598.99) is all steel, 25-1/4" H x 15" W x 12" D, mounts to a wall or pedestal, has a tamper-proof master lock and pull-down door, and ships with 50 standard envelopes. The Night Drop Box with Pull Down Tray ($460.99) is a black steel wall mount box with a self-closing hydraulic arm. For mounting, the 24" Surface Mount Post and the 36" In Ground Mounting Post are each $163.99.
What night drop envelopes do you sell for after-hours key drops?
Dealer Depot USA sells three 6" x 9" open-top or self-seal envelopes for night drop boxes. The Yellow Highlight Night Drop Envelope is $26.99 per box of 100. The After Hours Night Drop Envelope (24# white wove, 500 per box) is $78.99. The After Hours Envelope with a self-seal peel strip (500 per box) is $133.99.
Do you sell Lexus window flags and swooper flags?
Yes. Dealer Depot USA sells four Lexus products: the Lexus Black Manufacturer Clip-On Window Flag (11" x 13") at $4.99, the Lexus Bl/W Certified Pre Owned Clip-On Window Flag (11" x 13") at $4.99, the Lexus 3D Clip-On Paddle Flag (2-1/2 feet tall) at $29.99, and the Lexus Swooper Flag (12 feet tall; pole set and base sold separately) at $25.99.
Do you sell a warranty stamp for service paperwork?
Yes. The Self-Inking WARRANTY Stamp prints a red impression in a 3/4" x 2-3/8" imprint area and costs $51.99. It has a re-inkable pull-out pad and is packaged 1 per box.
What are self-laminating key tags, and which ones do you sell?
Self-laminating key tags are fold-to-seal tags: you write the key details, then fold the tag so the plastic cover seals the writing inside. Dealer Depot USA sells three: the 1 1/4" x 3" 250-pack ($28.99), the round corner 250-box ($28.99) and the 3" x 3" 250-box ($38.99–$39.99). What forms do you sell for tracking fuel on dealership vehicles?
Dealer Depot USA sells three forms that dealerships use to track fuel. The Fuel Requisition Book is a 3-part carbonless book with 25 sequentially numbered sets and costs $15.99. The Fuel Purchase Order Book is a coil-bound 3-part book with 200 forms, where the control copy stays in the book, and costs $26.99. The Service Loaner Agreement SLA-252 is a 4-part carbonless form, 100 per pack, for $47.99; its listing says it itemizes fuel, mileage, and damage fees.
